Why submit to the Annual Meeting?
The deadline for all submissions was Tuesday, 11 January 2022. If you submitted for the 2022 Annual Meeting you may view your submissions in the Annual Meeting Submission Center. Decision (accept/reject) notifications were sent in late March.
AOM is the best venue for receiving feedback on work in progress. Submitting to AOM’s virtual Annual Meeting eliminates the financial and time constraints of attending in person, providing you with more time to focus on your work.

Submitting a Proposal
Submitting proposals is a great way to participate in the Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting. By submitting papers, Professional Development Workshops (PDWs), symposia, and caucuses, you have the opportunity to share your work and knowledge with fellow management and organization scholars. Please use the buttons above for more information about our submission process, policies and ethics, and sessions on the Annual Meeting Program.
Important Notes For Submissions
- Submitters do not need to be members to submit a proposal to the Annual Meeting.
- If a proposal is accepted, participants must register to attend the Annual Meeting.
